New assignment from the Swedish Transport Administration – Digital customer dialogue

Rely IT has been entrusted as a supplier in Trafikverket Färjerederiet’s project Digital Customer Dialogue.

The aim of the project is to improve customer service. Rely IT’s part is to develop one:

Digital Customer Dialogue is a comprehensive digital solution for distributing traffic information. The idea is to create a uniform information management system that makes it clearer to customers what information they can expect to receive, how they receive it and what it contains. On behalf of the Swedish Transport Administration, Rely IT has previously, among other things. developed the Swedish Transport Administration’s ticketing system for the Ekerö ferry route.
