About the service
As a senior technician with us, you will play a key role in the operation, support and implementation of technical solutions, both on-site at the client’s premises and from our office. Travel to clients is a natural part of the role, which means that a Category B driving licence and access to a car are essential. If you’re applying for this role, you’ll enjoy taking on challenges, finding creative solutions and ensuring high-quality delivery, both in your technical work and in the associated documentation.
Your tasks
- Installation, configuration and ongoing maintenance of technical environments and systems
- Design and implementation of sustainable and reliable solutions
- Troubleshooting and handling technical incidents and issues, both remotely and on-site at the customer’s premises
- Customer contact and support, in person, by telephone and by email
- Documentation of solutions, configurations and work processes
- Collaboration with the team to further develop and optimise IT environments
We are looking for you who have
- Broad technical expertise and experience across a range of technical environments and systems. You are a versatile technician who quickly gets to grips with new solutions
- Good analytical skills and a structured approach
- A Category B driving licence and access to a car, as travel to clients is part of the role
- Good communication skills. You express yourself clearly both verbally and in writing, with customers and colleagues
- Administrative skills and a habit of producing clear documentation
- A driven and solution-focused approach
- Used to working independently as well as in teams
