A more secure digital workplace with the right IT security
When the Lotta Corps wanted to strengthen its IT security To achieve this and gain better control over the digital working environment, Rely IT was commissioned to become a long-term IT partner. The aim was to create a modern and secure workplace where users, devices and access rights are managed in a structured manner, whilst ensuring that staff receive prompt support and benefit from a stable IT environment.
The work was not just about technology, but about creating clear processes that make IT security a natural part of day-to-day work.
Secure user management and greater control over the IT environment
A key part of the project was to establish better control over user accounts, permissions and access to the organisation’s systems. Clear procedures for identity and access management reduced the risk of unauthorised access, whilst at the same time making administration simpler and more efficient.
We also reviewed the organisation’s management of computers, software and other IT equipment in order to create a more consistent and secure working environment.
Ongoing IT support and proactive security measures
To ensure a stable day-to-day operation, Rely IT provides ongoing support to the organisation. Through IT support, consultancy and proactive management of the digital workplace, problems can be resolved quickly whilst security is continuously improved.

Following the project The Lottakorps significantly greater control over their digital workplace. Clearer procedures for users, permissions and access rights have strengthened the organisation’s information security and reduced the risk of security incidents. At the same time, ongoing IT support has created a safer working environment where staff can work efficiently with the right tools and the appropriate level of security.
