Roslagsbostäder selects Rely IT as its IT operations partner
Roslagsbostäder has chosen Rely IT as its partner for IT operations, networking, IT support and Microsoft 365. The contract entails overall responsibility for Roslagsbostäder’s IT environment, covering everything from servers, networks and clients to Microsoft 365, user accounts, licences, identity management and end-user support.
The aim of the collaboration is to create a secure, stable and modern IT environment in which Roslagsbostäder can focus on its core business, whilst Rely IT takes long-term responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of IT services.
Overall responsibility for IT operations, networks and support
In the tender process, Roslagsbostäder sought an IT partner capable of taking overall responsibility for the organisation’s IT environment. Rely IT’s solution was both cost-effective and well suited to the organisation’s needs and size.
As an IT operations partner, Rely IT is responsible, amongst other things, for:
- Operation, maintenance and monitoring of servers and IT infrastructure
- Operation, maintenance and monitoring of network equipment
- Management and maintenance of clients and users’ IT environments
- IT support and user support
- Management and administration of Microsoft 365
- Management and optimisation of Microsoft 365 licences
- Identity and access management, and administration of Microsoft Entra ID
- Ongoing IT security work
- Implementation and further development of a modern digital workplace
This means that Roslagsbostäder will have a single IT partner for its entire IT environment, from network and the underlying IT infrastructure for Microsoft 365, identities, clients and end-user support.
