About the service
As a First Line IT Support Technician with us, you’ll often be the first person our customers speak to when they need technical assistance. You’ll receive and handle support requests, troubleshoot issues and guide users to ensure their working day runs as smoothly as possible.
The work is carried out remotely, from our office and, where necessary, on site at the client’s premises. You will work closely with our other technicians and have the opportunity to gradually develop your skills and tackle more advanced technical issues.
Your tasks
- Handling incoming support enquiries via telephone, email and the case management system
- Troubleshooting and support for, amongst other things, computers, Microsoft 365, printers, networks and user accounts
- Support and guidance for users, both remotely and on-site at the customer’s premises
- Documentation and follow-up of support cases and actions taken
- Installation, configuration and day-to-day management of users’ IT equipment and services
- Collaboration with our more experienced technicians in the event of more complex incidents and problems
We are looking for you who have
- Experience of working in IT support, a service desk or similar, ideally around 2–5 years
- A strong commitment to customer service and enjoys helping people
- A solid grounding in, for example, Microsoft 365, Windows, user accounts, computers, printers and networks
- Good problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented approach to work
- A meticulous and structured approach to work
- A desire and curiosity to continue developing within IT
- Good communication skills and the ability to express yourself clearly in both Swedish and English
- Ability to work both independently and alongside colleagues
A Category B driving licence is an advantage, as the role may involve visiting customers.
