TRV Färjerederiet needed a modern, reliable ticketing system that simplifies ticket purchases, improves the customer experience and streamlines internal administration. Challenge

TRV Färjerederiet needed a modern and reliable ticketing system that could be seamlessly integrated with existing ANPR cameras and ticket vending machines at the ferry berths.
The aim was to improve the customer experience, simplify the ticket purchase process and streamline internal administration.

We developed a comprehensive digital platform including new purchase channels in the form of a traveller app and web, an administrative system for TRV Färjerederiet and integrations with existing ANPR cameras and ticket machines.

The traveller app makes it easy for customers to:
